The purpose of developing the platform

The aim of developing the platform was to find and manage start-ups that could match the company's goals. E.ON needed to develop a platform with which to gather information on start-ups, quickly obtain information on the suitability of the start-up for the company's goals, interact with them, create joint projects and manage them.

My role in the project

I was invited to join the project as UX designer and leader of the development team.

As a UX designer, I was tasked with developing the logic of the application, creating waiframes and prototypes. As a developer, I had to define the technology stack with which the application would be implemented. I also created the architecture of the application and led the team during the initial development phase.

Conclusion

It took me three months to complete all my tasks and to set up all the development processes for the team to work comfortably. At the moment, the project is still in progress and the client and the team are in contact with me to resolve any issues that may arise.
